Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Swaminarayan Bhakti Dham, we aim to provide a transparent and fair booking experience for all devotees and guests.

1. Booking Confirmation

All room bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after verification through phone call or official communication from our management.

2. Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the check-in date, the advance amount may be eligible for refund after applicable deductions.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are generally non-refundable.

No refund will be provided in case of no-show or early check-out.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Refund approval is subject to verification by our management team.

4. Modification of Booking

Date or room changes are subject to availability and management approval.

Any modification request must be made in advance via phone or email.

5. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, refund decisions will be taken at the discretion of the management.
